Zamoplast has been operating since 1985 in the field of plastic molding. Numerous products have been molded in more than 30 years of activity, from the production of small series and samples, to large and ongoing batches.
Cosmetics, lighting, design, home appliances, fixing and early childhood: these are the main processing sectors.
In 2011 Zamoplast moved to the new factory of 3000 square meters, of which 1200 square meters covered, with a fleet of 15 presses, from 50 to 240 tons, some dedicated to the molding of transparent plastic materials, for polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and polycarbonate ( PC).
Zamoplast was born thanks to Antonio Zanella as a sole-partner company specialized in plastic molding.
The entrepreneurial spirit and the will to build a new industrial reality through hard work is realized in this young company and in its first worker: Antonio.

Tutto il processo produttivo avviene attraverso lo stampaggio in camera grigia conformemente alle buone pratiche di fabbricazione che regolano l’igiene degli ambienti di lavoro, delle attrezzature utilizzate, degli operatori e degli imballaggi al fine di ridurre le impurità e avere un migliore controllo delle condizioni di produzione.
Vengono applicate le procedure di vestizione e igiene ambientale richieste per questo ambiente critico. Inoltre abbiamo ottenuto l’attestazione MOCA obbligatoria per tutti gli articoli a contatto con alimenti e cosmetici; questo per tutelare maggiormente la salute dei consumatori, assicurando la qualità degli articoli MOCA e della loro composizione, per limitare le contaminazioni lungo la filiera.
